Lotus Bag

10 Oct

I started this bag a very long time ago but, like most of my projects, I never got around to finishing it. Until today. I finally pulled it out of my overflowing “unfinished projects” box and got it done.

It’s a great size. Not too big that you can’t use it everyday, but not too small that you can’t fit everything you might need it. You can use it for going to the library, for a diaper bag, or anything else you can think of. It’s really an awesome bag made with beautiful Amy Butler lotus fabric.

Oh, and by the way… This bag is made from the same fabric as one of the wallets I posted awhile back. What a lovely matching set it would make!

Wallets

11 Sep

I have a couple of wallets that I made quite awhile ago. I wasn’t sure how well they fit in with the rest of our shop so I was hesitant about listing them. After having a discussion with Lizze (I sent her a photo via text and she said “those are cute! You should list them!”) I decided to go ahead and put them in the shop. One is made from Amy Butler fabrics , has been quilted, and has a hook and loop closure. The second one is knit. I made it with cotton yarn and it has a wooden button for closure.

Lizze is working on a FABULOUS quilt right now that is amazingly beautiful! As soon as it’s complete we’ll post photos for you to gawk at it’s gorgeousness 😉

Sorry to keep it so short, but there is a LOTR marathon starting today on television and I must go watch it. Have a lovely weekend.
